Wholeheartedly, I believe Massage Therapy to one of the greatest ways we can care for ourselves. It not only has unmeasurable benefits for our body but also our mind. Both massage and yoga help to relieve stress, keep our body functioning optimally, supply much needed blood supply to our tissue and help to prevent injury. From the beginning, my goal has always been to help others. Throughout the years of this amazing career, I feel I have been able to help many people. My love for massage and helping others could never fully be expressed into words, I only hope my passion comes out through my hands and heart. I look forward to many more years to come to serve our community.” -Sheri

Bridget is a fiercely, compassionate healer. She has always known that her calling involved healing and teaching. Growing up she wanted to be a detective, ironically, a huge part of what she does in the treatment room is investigating and getting to the root of her patients’ needs.
She was meant for this medicine; a modality that allows her to address patients’ needs not only on a physical level, and an emotional & spiritual level as well.
If you have been or are curious about acupuncture and how it can help you, you will be in the best hands with Bridget!
